Pasta is normally made from durum wheat semolina. However, there are pasta brands in India that specialize in gluten-free pasta. The gluten-free pasta may have one or two of the following ingredients: Bengal gram, maize, brown rice, white rice, jowar, ragi, and millets.

Conclusion
